The entrance to Neues Museum Nuremberg is on Klarissenplatz. Wheelchair access to the entrance is via a small alleyway that branches off of Luitpoldstrasse.
There is level access to the foyer through the automatic revolving doors.
In the museum, all rooms of the collection and exhibition plus the lower foyer and auditorium can be easily accessed via ramps or elevator.

A wheelchair and walking frame are available on free loan for your visit to the museum. Please contact the ticket office.
Please also let the ticket office know if you would like to visit the museum accompanied by your assistance dog.
Seating is available in some of the collection and exhibition rooms.
