Welcome!
Art and design staged in awe-inspiring surroundings – Neues Museum Nuremberg is sure to take your breath away!
On over 3,000 square meters of collection and exhibition space, the Free State of Bavaria state museum shows art and design from the 1950s to the present day.
Here, painting, sculpture, photography, video art, and installations are uniquely linked to international design pieces in a close spatial setting and framed by extraordinary architecture.
Designed by architect Volker Staab, the building, which opened in 2000, is an outstanding contemporary edifice with urban flair right in the heart of Nuremberg's historic center.
Welcome to Neues Museum!
